Lincoln County Workforce has an opening for a Quality Assurance Personnel,
Monday – Thursday 7:00-5:30. This position is paid based on the County’s Clerical Scale with full benefits.
The LCW QA will test all youth participant in CASAS/WorkKeys and documented in Employ-NV. LCW Quality Assurance (QA) staff will assist Program Director in maintaining finances for program year ensuring all services are uploaded correctly into Employ-NV. The LCW QA will also ensure file maintenance, completion, and eligibility of participants entering the program. The LCW QA will assist potential youth/adults in eligibility or referring to external WIOA services. The LCW QA will be responsible for administrative duties, navigating the MIS database, reviewing and updating files for missing information and services. The LCW QA will do data entry on all files on a monthly basis or as needed and assist with the new enrollment data entry. The QA will work remotely and virtually upon approval as needed to complete participants documents, meet with participants, CYC participants, local business, Lincoln County entities. The QA will keep policy manual for LCW complete and updated. The QA will attend all Workforce Connections meetings, trainings and other assigned meetings.
Competency in spreadsheets and tracking measures of participants. The LCW QA will see that all measures, credentials and employment have been captured in Employ-Nv. The LCW QA will be responsible for promoting The Lincoln County Workforce Program with in the schools and community. The QA will maintain the Lincoln County Workforce website and all social media site, design and distribute flyers and pamphlets to promote Lincoln County Workforce throughout the community.
Other duties as required or assigned.
Necessary skills include; Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel), good communication and people skills, the ability to work with deadlines and be detailed oriented, knowledge in grant writing, design and keep updated policy manual. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as well as have a High School Diploma. Case management preferred.
